Our Certificate III in Irrigation Technology is designed for candidates with limited experience in the field of irrigation, who are looking to kick-start a career in an essential growth industry with ongoing job opportunities and government support for eligible students.

How to Study

Mode of Delivery

The Course will be delivered via a blend of:

  • Virtual Classroom
  • Face-to-Face
  • Online Post-Course Assessments
  • Workplace Activities

Course Program & Duration

The Course is delivered over 4 blocks within an 18 month period and must be completed within 24 months from enrolment.

  • Block 1: 5 days Face-to-Face training
  • Block 2: 3 x 4 hour Virtual Sessions
  • Block 3: 5 days Face-to-Face training
  • Block 4: 4 days Face-to-Face training

Virtual Classroom Sessions will be delivered in 2 consecutive sessions per week and run from 9:30am - 1:30pm AEST (Brisbane Time). The times may change depending on the location of students.

Face-to-Face Block training will run from 8:30am - 4:30pm (local time).

Our Certificate III in Irrigation Technology is delivered over 4 blocks, which are delivered both virtually and face-to-face. During the face-to-face blocks, student's are required to attend a a full week of training in the State that they are enrolled in (i.e.. NSW, QLD, SA, etc.) We are currently assessing the schedule for the new financial year, and are hoping to commence an intake in Bundaberg QLD in mid-late 2024, provided we receive enough interest. If you are interested in attending training in Bundaberg, register to this expressions of interest event and someone from our Training Team will be in contact to provide you with some more information and dates if available.
