Gardening in Perth can present some challenges, which is why we have called in the experts to show us the most practical ways to adapt to the climate in the garden. In these hands-on live workshops, you will gain an understanding of waterwise lawn care, attractive lawn alternatives, efficient irrigation and how to improve Perth’s soils. Come along to watch live demonstrations and the opportunity to ask an expert. The exclusive Waterwise Garden Workshops will be held Friday, Saturday and Sunday only during the festival, commencing at 11.00am in the Waterwise Marquee.

This workshop will also include a hands-on demonstration which will show you how to:

• Check your irrigation system is working correctly to water all your plants correctly
• How to easily check for leaks
• Selecting the correct sprinkler for the job (plants vs lawn)
• Minimising overspray (losses)
