Marike joined Irrigation Australia in February 2019. Previously she was the Accountant for a large Australian irrigation franchise. Marike has held senior roles including Auditor, Financial Controller, Cost Accountant and Assistant Finance Manager working with auditors, engineering, environmental and information and technology firms during the span of her career. Marike brings a high level of professionalism to the Irrigation Australia team.

He has a proven track record of providing high-quality training and development of programs for individuals and organisations across AHC industry sectors. Stuart's in-depth knowledge of irrigation technologies, water management principles, and industry best practices enables him to deliver comprehensive training sessions that effectively address the needs of participants. His passion for a safe work environment, including the Mental Health space of industry make him a sought-after trainer. He has exceptional communication and facilitation skills, providing opportunities for those who choose to make progress and succeed in their chosen career pathway.

Jasmine joined Irrigation Australia in September 2025. Jasmine is a driven Marketing Coordinator and Graphic Designer based in Brisbane, Australia. With experience across marketing coordination, digital production, and brand design, she brings a strong eye for visual storytelling and a focus on delivering creative solutions that engage and convert. Jasmine has contributed to projects spanning campaign management, social media, EDM production, and design systems development, supporting both internal teams and client marketing objectives. Passionate about growth within the creative industry, she combines technical skill in tools such as Adobe Suite, Figma, and Klaviyo with a collaborative and performance-focused approach to her work.

Her strong organisational skills and commitment to learning saw her progress to Training and Certification Administrator, assisting with the delivery of key training programs. Ashleigh’s role expanded further when she became Training and Funding Coordinator, managing training schedules and funding opportunities to support industry growth. Today, as Waterwise and Certification Programs Coordinator, Ashleigh leads initiatives that promote sustainable water practices and uphold professional standards across the sector. Her career progression reflects adaptability, expertise, and a genuine commitment to advancing the industry.

Natalie joined Irrigation Australia in July 2025 as our Training Administrator. She brings extensive experience in administration, logistics coordination, and customer service across the apparel and hospitality sectors. Natalie is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and ability to support teams effectively. Her background includes managing international shipping operations, sales support, and document control, making her well-equipped to handle training funding and compliance processes. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Leisure Management from Griffith University.
