Regional Committees
Our Purpose
Irrigation Australia Regional Committees are grouped by location and consist of dedicated financial members who report to and advise Irrigation Australia’s management and board on key topics of interest relevant to their region.
Each committee plays a vital role in representing the interests of Irrigation Australia members within its area. These committees act as a direct communication channel between members and the broader organisation, ensuring that regional priorities and challenges are recognised and addressed at a national level.
By fostering collaboration among industry professionals, Regional Committees contribute to shaping local initiatives, driving education and training efforts, and supporting the adoption of best practices in irrigation management. They are instrumental in advancing the association’s goals of promoting water efficiency, sustainability, and innovation while addressing region-specific concerns and opportunities.
Through their work, the committees strengthen the connection between Irrigation Australia and its members, ensuring a united and informed approach to enhancing the industry’s impact across the nation.
