Regional Committee: Western Australia
Our Purpose
The purpose of Irrigation Australia’s regional committees is to give local members a voice and represent the specific needs of irrigation professionals in their area. These committees help ensure that regional concerns are considered by the national organization.
They also support the development of irrigation standards and practices suited to their region. Committees encourage networking, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among local members, strengthening the irrigation community.
Additionally, they promote training and professional development and help organize local events, seminars, and workshops to benefit members.
Regional committees also advise the national body on local issues and opportunities, making sure that regional needs are reflected in the national agenda.
